Tears to Cheers

Tears...
Learning to be brave, we face our fears.
Cheers!

1-9-1 Poem writing prompt entry
Writing Prompt
Write a poem. But do using only 11 syllables. The first line should have one syllable. The second line has 9 syllables. The third line has 1 syllable. It's the same as the 5-7-5 format but with a 1-9-1 syllable count. There are no restrictions or other rules.

Recognized

Author Note:
This is a poem for all those who quake in fear of the unknown, such as submitting your first poem or swimming in deep water (it can probably feel the same). Courage to make that first move could lead to a successful outcome, either as a celebrated poet or a deep sea diver - but how will you know unless you begin? Finding courage to face small things can be just as challenging as facing dangerous ones; learning to be brave is a good skill to cultivate.

Pays one point and 2 member cents.
