Family Values

The meaning of life is simple to me,
it's all about being with your family.
It's measured in the love that you get and give,
It's what gives meaning to this life that we live.

It's family who shapes us into who we'll become,
it's not about money, or where we are from.
But the values instilled and the lessons we learn,
that we will pass on to our children in turn.

Then hopefully the kindness and love we receive
from family, we'll pass on to others in need.
A heart that is nurtured, will nurture in turn,
it's the love of our families, that makes this world churn.
