I Am Not Perfect Contest Winner

When I write a poem,
or a story,
I make mistakes where I type,
some of my words get misspelled.
I submit it without noticing the mistakes,
sometimes it is a few,
other times there are several.

My grammar isn't all that perfect,
my flaw is spelling words wrong,
my fellow writers advise me to fix it,
they show me the way.

In this way, I learn how to write
what I want to write, or need to,
other times my sentences are
written incorrectly.

I need to self-edit and proofread them.
I am still learning about how to be a
writer.
It is a difficult job,
but I choose to do it.

Maybe this poem is flawed,
or it is good.
So tell me what mistakes I am
making, I won't fuss.
For me, it is a learning experince.
My typos are my flaw.

My flaw is grammar and typos. I am still learning. I think that I know grammar. Most of my work was flawed. So I am trying to correct my typos and my grammar. I hope that you enjoy this poem.
