Jumped into love and...

Still Falling

by Boogienights

When I was just a little girl,
I dreamed a prince would marry me.
When I grew up the dream remained,
except, it changed dramatically.

Into the man I love today,
he has no title, royal blood.
But when I look into his eyes,
desire comes just like a flood.

When we first met I was unsure
and shy, would he like me as well?
But then he smiled and said hello,
he liked me also, I could tell.

With every part of me aflame,
my heart belonged to only him.
I stood upon the precipice...
Should I stay put, or jump right in?

But then I slipped, it was too late.
And hard I fell, who would have thought?
That fate would lead me one fine day,
right to this "princely" man I sought.

Now still together all these years,
love and desire still burn bright.
So happy fate helped me to find,
the man for me, my mister right.
