I'm ready ...
I'll start right away!

Super powers? Excellent!
My plans? Easy.
I'll be a heart and brain surgeon.
I will utilise a number of surgery strategies in order to maximise the effectiveness of my powers.
First I must decree that all changes are permanent, and despite present physical limitations, my powers must simultaneously transform all who need the envisaged changes.
Once that's organised, I'll implement the "Prevention Strategy".
Those who plan evil will have an operation on both their hearts and their brains. Thought processes will be significantly affected, and they will henceforth only be able to offer compassion and kindness to others. This will include people of all races, shapes, sizes, nations and cultures.
No-one will ever again be able to think or devise evil, or anything which may hurt any living being. Their new hearts will experience warmth as never before - highly motivating! Their brains will be so transformed that they proactively seek to help and love others. An excellent beginning.
Next will be the "Restoration Strategy".
The broken hearted will be healed. Hope, peace and happiness will course through their veins, offering a new and different life, with the elimination or transformation of all sources of suffering, whether from people formerly in the first category or from unforeseen life events.
In either case, the result will be effective, for all will be made new. No more pain or suffering, tears, heart-ache, no more negative thinking or fear. All will be well, all will be healed.
