With a real Health Plan
Imaginary Happy Pill

I have put myself on a new Health and Happiness Plan and invented an invisible happy pill for the following plans that I started for myself.
All of these plans are very effective, potent, addictive and some have side effects.
"Silly" is on my plan. While silly doesn't have many side effects for me, silly is just very expensive.
The grandbabes and I start being silly by laying on my bed and looking and laughing at YouTube videos, and before you know it, we're on Amazon, and the silly grandma says, to the silly grandbabes, "go ahead, pick something out." And because they don't want to hurt my feelings, they do. Lol!
Happens every time!
Sometimes I use "crazy". That one causes dry mouth. It usually happens also when the grandchildren are here. When we act crazy, our mouths are wide open part of the time, while making our funny faces. All of a sudden we all have all this air drying our mouths out and even an occasional bug gets in. At that time we lose a little more saliva, with all the spitting and sputtering, which makes the other kids even act crazier while they are laughing so hard at the one with a bug, now stuck in the middle of their throat. Now I know why they say, take with plenty of water.
This is a good time to talk about "Laughter." (this one I have to make sure I don't overdose on) or it gives me incontinence. If I start laughing too hard, I may wet my pants. For quite a while I did not use laughter, but now I am back on it, and how bad are the side effects now? well that depends.
Another one that I am taking is "Fun"... And you guessed it! Yes, it works best when used with grandchildren!
However, friends and other family can join in the fun, but you might have some explaining to do it if you are doing fun, crazy, laughter and silly all together and get stopped by a cop.
But for me, who is usually using it alone with the grandchildren, the worst side effect is the fatigue, ....., I am always exhausted after having too much fun in my system.
There are a couple more, such as "goofy", which can feel almost illegal if mixed with silly, fun and laughter.
WARNING: Do Not Take with Alcohol!..... and why would you want to? You're already there.
The one I really enjoy is - "Love." It has been known to be a cure for many illnesses, and can sometimes be a temporary fix for the moment. The side effects can cause, heart palpitations, tears, a feeling that is hard to describe, acts of kindness and in some instances, being chased to the bedroom. (for this activity, we advise anyone over the age of 70 to check with your doctor first before engaging in
running. : )
Other effects are happiness, hope and joy. Love remains one of the most powerful meds. There are so many pushers out there, so please choose wisely from who you receive yours from. In some rare cases the pusher may also be a synthetic loser and user. It is not always easy to distinguish the real from the fake.
I am hopelessly addicted and I have no will power! I do have to mention that it heals many ailments, such as hopelessness and depression. It has even been found to cure some physical health issues. Side effects are not harmful, but it is contagious, so please share as much with others that you can. For those who have never received enough in return, then in certain cases it can be very sad and in rare and severe cases can become fatal, so please give as much as you can to those who are in need of more.
You can not take too much of this. The greatest thing about the love plan is that the high euphoria feeling from it, usually happens when you are giving it away.
"Compassion" is one that you should never miss. This one is necessary and should not consider being without, so make sure you never run low. If you do, call 1-800-loved ones, immediately! You will be connected and receive the help of an experienced family member or friend.
Compassion works better if you mix it with Love.
It also helps with alleviating stress, but it must be received by others. for you to notice any of the health benefits. Using all of this health plan, also brings a sense of positivity to your life. Kick the negativity out of your life, unless it is attached to your husband. In that event, good luck!!
The only thing better is knowing that all of these are pleasing to God, as I believe these are really His plan.
WARNING: Never start your day without plenty of compassion and love in your system.
TWO MORE THINGS I DO: If I must throw myself a pity party, the only one I invite is Jesus; he never lets me stay long and he is always a safe ride back to where I should be.
And my mother always sang to us, count your blessings, name them one by one.....(and I do it everyday)

I have always incorporated the silly, crazy, fun and laughter into my time with my grandchildren, and using it to stay healthy is not really a new concept to me, but I didn't always look at it that way. I needed to decrease the stress that is mostly responsible for my harmful lupus flares. Yet always felt so good while goofing around with the kids. So now I use it all to help myself with my healthy happy life plan, however I only used the invisible happy pills and imaginary parts of my story as props for fun.
I will leave those behind for the leprechauns to use when my story is done.
I have gotten off of every unnecessary drug, and only on ones that are there to save my life. I am my own advocate and no longer put anything in me that I don't need........
Well maybe some cheesecake and Truffles. an occasional potato chip, some French fries, Dairy Queen blizzard, etc... etc....etc.....
As most of you know, I usually only write poetry, but after writing some of this in a silly email to Helen yesterday, she and Terry both challenged me to post it. So out of my comfort zone I went, and this is the finished product.
