As the Sun Sets - letter S

by June Sargent

Sara smiles as she sees the summer sun set
Sweet serenity starts settling in her suffering soul
as jasmine's scent saturates her secret sanctuary
She sheds her suffocating sadness through silent salty tears
Solitude soothes as Sara surrenders to the
surrealistic scenario of her wedding day
slowly streaming before her eyes -
a wedding that sadly never took place

Writing Prompt

Write a poem of fewer than 100 words, with a minimum of ten alliterative words (two or more consecutive words beginning with the same letter).
All of the required alliterations in the poem, must begin with the same letter. Identify the letter in the title (i.e., "My Cat" - "B'").
THE POEM HAS TO MAKE SENSE. (For example, ?Nancy?s nickel did not chuckle," would not be acceptable because it has no meaning.)

Use basic and advanced editors, to select only one color for font, and one for background.
Use an illustration that is not a meme (your poem must be the only words displayed.)
No animation, music, or soundtrack of any kind permitted.
Pays one point and 2 member cents.
