Of God's Disciple

Poetry in God's Appreciation Contest Winner 
One man's act convinced the whole world of faith
Faith to create a future, under the protection of God

God who loves his son yet sacrificed for all others
Others who came to believe and to deserve
Deserve his love and vision for eternal strength
Strength that was witnessed by twelve disciples

Disciples who told one version of faith's incarnation
Incarnation of hope with proof, that man has the spirit
Spirit to endure, to maintain a future that will continue
Continue through the darkness, seeking light's inspiration
Inspiration that was not buried, but written for proof
Proof that one man's sacrifice has left a future for life
Life to believe that all God's creations will embody
Embody the sacrifice of one man's act
