Of How I Feel

Others Know Nothing

by Boogienights

Others know nothing of what I feel for you.
They ask me why my eyes sparkle.
I tell them they are tired,
I don't say that they sparkle because you have been with me.

Others know nothing of what I feel for you.
They ask me why I laugh and smile so.
I tell them that I heard something funny,
I don't say it's because I feel such joy when you hold me close.

Others know nothing of what I feel for you,
and I must pity them.
For to not feel the way I do is to be without you.
And without you I am nothing.
