It is my opinion, for our sake and the sake of future generations that our elected DC officials must RECONCILE and make the effort for the restoration of friendly relations.
to reconcile: reunion; conciliation; reconcilement; pacification; appeasement;
resolution; settlement rectification; settling; resolving; mending; remedying
restoration of harmony; agreement; compromise; understanding; peace;
an end to hostilities; amity; fence-mending; harmonizing; synthesis.
In other words, simply get back to doing what you were elected to do: governing our nation for the good of all!
