Writing Prompt
Write a poem on any topic that has the 5-7-9 syllable count. So the first line has 5 syllables. Second line has 7. The final line has 9 syllables.
Author Notes
I m so excited .. I m actually crying tears of joy .. . as some know two years in a row they were unlucky
Last year one hatchling died while trying to get out of its egg..
it made some noises but it was just not strong enough.
Jackie continued to sit on the second egg way after the expected hatching time which never occurred.
Fingers crossed this year they become parents.
Just look how gentle Shadow is rolling one egg .. so sweet.
Shadow is a very caring husband and loves to sit on eggs. Last year Jackie often had to push him off so she could lay on them.
