Let me say without a doubt, my dog was not at fault,
dogs will be dogs, as everybody knows.
But when the ladder fell atop my neighbor's Cadillac,
it really might seem like that, I suppose.
So, when the red paint coated, his cat out in the drive,
he screamed maniacally, like someone died.
Besides, windshields can be replaced, and paint remover's cheap.
My neighbor dropped down to his knees and cried.
Although my dog went wild, it clearly was the cat,
who lives next door and came into our yard.
My dog, a normal canine, then chased the cat away,
and that's when everything went down real hard.
That is everything that happened, on that fateful afternoon,
the neighbor's cat, clearly the instigator.
I really don't admit to anything, it's all his fault,
that's exactly what I'll tell investigators.
A pain in the ass is that damn dog,
he has been since day one!
He's a mutt, with doubtful parentage,
unleashed and on the run.
My cat's a purebred Siamese,
she's gentle, sweet, and pure.
An instigator, definitely not,
I will tell you that for sure.
My Cadillac, is ruined it was vintage and pristine,
my kitty is a putrid scarlet shade.
Of course, he will deny it, that the blame is on his dog.
Moving here, the worst mistake I've ever made!
Paint and ladder were knocked over,
because that dog is nuts!
He probably is rabid,
there's no ifs, ands, or buts!
My neighbor should be arrested,
his dog should be put down.
I marched away, red cat in hand,
without another sound.
