I honor Jannypan Jan, my long time friend, she knows that I'm her friend, I love how she writes. This poem is dedicated to her.   She helps with my posts, and spots grammar issues, I salute her. If it wasn't for her, then, I wouldn't be here today.   I owe a lot to her. She is an exceptional writer and poet.   Go to her profile and  you will experience writing of excellence. I feel fortunate for her help and she writes wonderful poems. She is a great storyteller.   I know I'm supposed  to write a poem for her, but this is what I am writing to her now.   I give her hugs, and  many good lucks and wishes in her writing.   A real writer who is a novelist and a poet. She is an exceptional novelist. It is an honor to have her on my side. This is the poem that I give to her. Merry Christmas, Jannypan Jan! Writing Prompt The topic for this poetry contest is: ENTER TOPIC. Write a poem that somehow incorporates the topic. The poem does not have to be specifically about the topic and creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner.
