Alone I come to our secret shore Whitecap waves webbed and flowered As they blossomed on the stony shore Tread cautiously over slippery shingles Careful not to turn an ankle   Gazing out to sea into a curling sea-mist I see your ghost twinkling in sunlight Shiny and translucent, drifting, drifting Drifting into my lonesome mindscape You are always still my wishful dream Writing Prompt Write a short poem, of any type, but with two stanzas only.
