It grows inside me. Stirring. Longing. Motherhood. It is on its way. Writing Prompt For this poem the the theme is: Hope. Follow the 5-7-5 format. So the first line has 5 syllables, second line has 7 syllables and the third line 5 syllables. Recognized Author Notes The title, Maternita (with an accent mark above the "a," which FanStory isn't allowing, is Italian for motherhood. One day, I hope to be one--biological or adopted. Being a teacher has strengthened my desire.
