God, perhaps One last dance?
As the Cold wind blows.
(Don't you know?)
Been walking for Miles with no real direction.
Fortunately a warm coat for his only protection.

Searching desperately for a place of safety if he so dare?
Only the local wooded area to share.
Haven't eaten a decent meal in many, many, days.
Seemingly lost in a daze.
...
This is homelessness and it comes wrapped in a package of tears.
And everybody has their story.
This one for you to hear.
Lost his only career.
Everything started suddenly to disappear.
...
He doesn't even know why he's here?
Dumpster diving, hobo stew, hook ups, wondering next.
But meal overdue?
Only thing working for Alan?
Unfortunately was temptation.

Lost Family.
Lost Faith.
Lost House.
Lost Hope.
Lost Religion.
Doesn't anybody hear?
Trust, Love, and Only Fear.

On February 1st, 2023.
By the time the Absecon police in Absecon, New Jersey received the call.
Alan Mosely whom purposely overdose.
Was frozen in a fetal position and apparently dead for weeks.
