Author Notes
In photo mother and daughter, the last two members of the northern white rhinos.
I find it very sad that these ancient creatures survived millions of years only to be wiped out by mankind. There are about 28,000 rhinos left out of the 5 sub groups
19,000 southern white rhinos
5,600 black rhinos
3,500 single horned
2 northern white rhinos..Mother and daughter (Najin and Fatu). The last male SUDAN died in 2018.
