A fox nudged the old doe lying beside him, living their lives on scattered leaves. Unmoved and undivided by their differences, their friendship deepened as it snowed.   Writing Prompt Write a poem with only two lines. Author Notes I saw the elusive red fox, a legend, outside one day. Impressed by the company he kept, an old doe beside him, I documented my observations, interpreted them, and imagined snow falling to enhance the winter scene.
