Exceptional Revisiting/Revising early poetry ~ my 5th poem The Art Student by Sugarray77

Pink hair, green nails, typing out her emails. Skin's white, tats black, dress fits like a gunny sack.   Blue Keds, haute threads, leggings sporting all the reds. Pop Art, fresh start, cutting edge right to the heart.   Color wheel, big deal, she's unsuspecting and surreal. Dripping yellow, warm and mellow, she's off to see her rainbow fellow.     Recognized Author Notes This is one of the very first poems I wrote in 2017. (I think the 5th) I began writing poetry in 2017 after my son gifted me a 3 month subscription to FanStory. I had not written before that time. I was immediately hooked and found a part of myself I didn't know existed. Thank you to everyone that makes FS such a wonderful place. ~ Melissa
