Excellent 2nd Place Finish Boys Will Be Boys by Douglas Goff 200 Word Flash writing prompt entry

I was at a Trail Life meeting just before Christmas. Trail Life is basically Christian Boy Scouts. Lots of camping and outdoor activities without the sodomy and child sex.    The evening’s topic was hobbies. In the six- to seven-year-old group the Trail Master was going around the circle asking the children about their hobbies.   He came to one six-year-old who was cute as a button. The boy had moppish brown hair and a chubby face.     “What is your hobby, Timmy?”   The boy stood up and shyly interlocked his fingers behind his back. “I like to watch U-tube.”   The instructor was surprised as most kids had Pokémon or Lego related hobbies. “Oh. Do you watch that a lot?”   “Oh yes. Every day.”   “Okay. What’s your favorite thing to watch?”   “I really like to watch girls dancing in their underwear.”   There were five instructors in the room and about ten parents, along with around forty kids. You could have heard a pin drop.     “Um . . . that’s . . . ah . . . interesting.” The Trail Master was obviously struggling here.   “Oh it is. That’s why I watch it.” Timmy smiled and sat down.    The adults burst out laughing at this point. It was just too funny not to.   Writing Prompt Write a story on any topic. 200 Words Exactly!
