Statistically speaking I’m 2 decades away
from my demise
So I had to break this down in just 20 lines
You see a poet is the quiet child
That is often overlooked
But their quality is on the level of a novelist
That uses great diction to write non-fiction
But in them lies a myriad of contradictions
Their minds see things that are full of
Afflictions that turn into addictions
Something like obsessive just to ease the
Aggressive thoughts that linger
And want to take form like a hanger
And they stay there until your pen
Hits the paper
I don't wish such a lonely life on anyone
It's a prison yet it's freedom
You were chosen just to lead them
So now I will end this, I'm on line nineteen
My poetry is something needed to be seen
