We humans, such a complex folk, in many, many ways.
The Lord still thinks we have great worth while we still cloud His days.
I wonder if I'll ever know the greatness of God's love.
For unconditionality will hide us like a glove.
Yes we have caused Him anguished pain because His love's so deep.
Yet He still longs to hold us tight within His care and keep.
He knew we'd be His folly's-fate but love can never cease.
As He blesses imperfection cause Christ our hearts can lease.
When He made Adam, His first son, He moulded him from dust.
And yet omniscience watched him be tempted by sin's lust.
But God had dreamed the master plan through Christ His perfect Son.
The second Adam, Jesus Christ, intention's promised run.
So how can we deny His love
the second time around.
And though God's sonship Adam lost
Christ won us Heaven's ground.
