So many times I've tried and failed,
on troubled seas in doldrums sailed.
For life is full of pain and fears,
but winds will change and dry those.tears.
But I know this though sadness dreams,
the morning comes, and light's joy beams.
It's time to look toward the hills ,
God's help will come with hope that fills.
I've cast my lot with faith's bright light,
as visions dreams subdue the night.
As trust will scale the mountain height,
so hope will put hell's wraiths to flight.
