Excellent A poem for sound sleep Help me Sleep by patcelaw

My dear Lord, please still my active  mind, so I will rest well, so when I awake in the morning I will feel refreshed and rested. As my day begins, I'll enjoy being with others, then I'll have a good attitude, and I will be at peace with my Lord, and ready to share my faith.     Recognized Author Notes The last several weeks I have been having a very difficult time sleeping and I do not know what is causing it. One thing I have notice is that when I dream a lot I do not sleep well, so that may have something to do with it because I have had very active dreams during the night.
