Anger can last forever, hidden deeply inside. Becomes self fulfilling, self propagating, Leaves no option but to become hateful. Consumes you, occupies you, destroys you.   Anger is not nature's way,  An emotion best to be hidden,  Never openly expressed, will create enemies. That will never forgive or forget.   Put anger away, it offers no benefits. Think of the good in all,  Forget, leave anger behind.  Best to leave anger, become one with the sun.
