Golden sun, the day wakes Hope is spun as light breaks.     Author Notes My poem hopefully captures the awakening of a new day, symbolising hope and renewal as the golden sun rises and light breaks through the darkness. Nothing is better than watching the sunrise and listening to the early risers sing their hearts out.
