In the beginning it was lovely, like a rose that blooms in the spring.
The baby came quick after only a year of marrige.
Then it seemed like things have changed.
After our seventh year of marrige, like the seven year itch.
We tried an open marrige, but things just didnt click.
Now our love is like a weeping flower,begging for water that never comes.
After 13 years of marrige our love has died.
Now its time to say goodbye.
The flower is dead no water to seek.
Things look bleek.
Our love has failed,
but always know the rose is somewhere
waiting to grow once again.
