For days now I've been trying to express  myself. A heavy chain of thoughts and  feelings pulling me deep down  into the bottom of a river I  have filled with my own  tears. I drown in  despair and  cannot breath  any  m o r e   I  hold  on to  my last  hope, trying  to unchain all the  rings by letting go one  by one of the burdens, grief  and sorrow, anger and hate, pain,  blame and self-pity. I try to remember  all other negative attitudes and thoughts 'till  at last I reach the surface and can breathe again... Recognized Author Notes One of those ups and downs, this time downs and ups! Just incase someone worries(!), I'm OK now.
