When I look in the mirror,
my eyes are the same.
Everything else has changed,
what a shame.
Youth is fleeting,
that thought becomes clearer.
Everytime my reflection
appears in the mirror.
It makes me sad sometimes,
even though I know.
Every line, crease and blemish,
is there to show,
I made it this far.
Still...
I've got so far to go.
Age is just a number,
I still have time to grow.
The reflection in the mirror,
is very simply ME.
Can't wait to see What happens next,
who my future self will be.
