Before reading the author's notes, I read your verse and thought: Because I ate right and exercised yesterday, I have the energy I need for today and can count on tomorrow being just as good. That should tell you that your verse can motivate others in different ways than you anticipated. Very good work!

I like this package, poem and artwork. That's what I call a 5-7-5. This is an apt analogy and reminds me of the wise virgins. Nice closing line. A good poem.
