Your words are filled with great imagery, Joanne. Even if no picture had been included, the readers could visualize this scene. Sunlight on sparkling snow is awesome. Good job with the syllable count per line. Your words are descriptive with smooth flow.

Nicely written.
Sun beams sparkle on the pond.
I like the imagery.
Scenes like these are what give nature her majesty.
You expressed the idea of picturesque beauty well.

what a gorgeous image. The snow does look tranquil in this picture, but it can bring lots of difficulties on the roads and many have heart attacks when shoveling. When it comes to health, the medical field is important.

This is a lovely short verse and I enjoyed reading your well-crafted 5-7-5. Good job on overall presentation and a theme that grabs the attention of the reader. I would mention that the photograph is sideways. :) I wish you luck!
