I like the imagery in this poem. I like the line rave ressurection and also Lurk Lusty leeches. It evokes a picture of something feeding. well done!

Death is inevitable but through means of vampires to me is devastating. Only Christ can resurrect the dead and be a Deity that we would look up to.
But it does follow the criteria for a Senryu and flows nicely.

Very beautiful, the flow was smooth and the rhythm count was correct, wonderful imagery as well. My only problem was that the second line kind of turned into a tongue twister, had to reread it to separate the words. All in all great job though.

I had to look up 5-7-5 poems. And read three of the best poets from the 1600 hundreds I found them wonderful. Thank you for the find. You make a truth of lusty leeches in the begianing line and what they love in the next all rave resurrection. The subject is a little off for me don't like leeches.
