Horrors of Nature haiku suite
Write three (3) haiku that have to deal with those creepy. crawly creatures of nature many of us are afraid of. Sharks, bats, snakes, spiders, wolves, sheep, lady bugs (hey, don't laugh!)--whatever animal, reptile, or insect you choose is completely up to you.
No mythical beasts please. They must actually exist now, today.
No extinct animals, such as dinosaurs.
One piece of art welcome for each haiku, if you wish, for a total of three pieces of art or photos.
No animations or sound tracks
Personification is permitted
Keep punctuation and capitalization to a bare minimum, as with all haiku.
17 syllables, or less

The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 65.00 member dollars. There are 5 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
