A short story
Jealous !

Plonk! Suddenly a drop of water fell on me. Plonk! Plonk! Two more drops fell in quick succession.
"What's happening up there?" I called loudly. There was no answer.
"Curly, why are you dripping water on me?"
"I'm ss..sorry," she sniffled. "I'm just so sad that Ma likes Mopey better. I know she's a cordless and electric mop but I don't want to end up in trash," she wailed.
"I'm sorry for you, but can you stop dripping on me?"
"But you are a bucket. Water shouldn't bother you much."
"It does in winter. It feels cold and wet."
