A chapter in the book Thirty (hopefully) Poems for April

Hair? Where? Don't Care!

by Debra White

There was a young lady named Stella
who didn't expose her glabella.
She knew it was there
beneath all the hair
but she couldn't care a crapella.

--O--

In this world of judgement
where there's pressure to fit in,
be like our lovely Stella
and embrace the skin you're in!

I'm late starting NaPoWriMo this year, but I hope to catch up and write 30 poems in April.... getting there!

Today, I've used the Amazing Fact Generator from mental floss.com to inspire me.

The fact I used as a basis for my poem is this 'The space between your eyebrows is called the glabella.'

a crapella - 1. (n) a painful or otherwise uncomfortable bowel movement resulting in audible vocalization of lament or relief. 2. (v) to audibly vocalise lament or relief while performing a bowel movement. (Urban Dictionary)
