I'm trying to get back into the habit of running at least twice a week.
Whilst it took me a while to persuade myself to leave the house this morning, I managed to run 5km non-stop in just over 30 minutes! I was rather red in the face when I got home, but very proud of my effort :) Maybe next time I can do the distance in under 30 minutes!
