There's No Time

As I awaken in the morning

thoughts of you permeate my mind

just like sunlight shining through the window.

At midday as the sun reaches its apex

thoughts of you rise ever higher

because you are foremost on my mind.

At night before I lay down to sleep

thoughts of you are still lingering.

As I slip off into the world of dreams

thoughts of you still permeate my mind.

There is no time I do not think of you,

for you are ever present in my heart,

and shall ever be until I my last breath.
