Watching the hummingbirds and their antics

Hummingbirds

Dancing and diving in the sky
Little hummingbirds fly
Darting and floating
Up and down
 
Gracefully they soar
Fascinating to watch
Tiny birds give us more
Flying backwards and forward
 
They soar up and down
Flitting all around
Small and intricate
To the feeder and the ground
 
Fall brings a glittering
Eighty hummingbirds or more
Storing up for their flight
Chasing and exhibiting
 
The glittering leaves
Their flight south almost complete
Beautiful birds gone for winter
To return in Spring
 
Little hummingbirds gone for awhile
The winter is here
No hummingbirds to see
Looking forward to the Spring
 
When they return once again
Providing us a show with their antics
Little humming birds fly
Into the sky

I am a huge nature lover and I enjoy watching the hummingbirds in the Spring and Summer. I have six feeders out all summer long and in the Fall I twelve feeders for them. It is awesome to see the glittering. Last fall we had over a hundred hummingbirds in our yard for a day only and then they left.
