Siderodromophobiac

Today's word: siderodromophobia (n.) the fear of rail travel.
Yes, it's a real word! I do believe Mr Paul Anthony Jones hates me.
I decided that a 17 letter word of eight syllables wasn't nearly long enough - so I added the "C" to make it a person who suffers from the fear of trains.
Also, I decided it was unfair to expect readers to come across this word and actually pronounce it, so I did it in the form of an acrostic :)
My much-treasured Christmas present for 2017 is a book by Paul Anthony Jones: "The cabinet of linguistic curiosities". Each page contains a descriptive story about some obscure or archaic word. It occurred to me it would be a fun exercise to try and write, each day, a poem featuring the "word of the day" from the book.
Thanks for reading.
