Inside the Dappled Light

Inside the dappled forest dell
hushed sounds will tell
of droning bees
soft whispered breeze

a calming, peaceful serenade
within the glade
small croaking frog
sits on a log

I lie upon my quilted cloth
and watch a moth
flit to the sky
as clouds drift by
