This work has reached the exceptional level
Minute Poetry

Wishing Stars

If wishes could be kept in jars,
become bright stars,
a glowing hope
to help me cope,

I'd place them underneath my bed
where fear and dread
would have to go
beneath their glow.

Perhaps, if I uncapped the light,
let them take flight,
those dreams divine
would soon be mine.
