In the silence of the night As I’m lying on my bed, thoughts are running through my head, I think of words for a poem and ponder things in my home  in the silence of the night.   Morning comes and I’m surprised to have words for a new poem  and all is fine in my home. after silence through the night. Recognized Author Notes The title of this poem came to me as I was asleep last night and this is what resulted.
