In the dark Lying in bed awake An owl hooting in the midnight hour ....................................................................... Next to me A snoring symphony  Interrupts my creative power   ........................................................................ Morning light the early birds singing  refreshed like a blooming spring flower Author Notes 3 Stanza with 3-6-9 format. I wasn’t sure if this needed to rhyme or not.
