'Our life is what our thoughts make it 'Marcus Aurelius (120 -180 A.D) From small town country girl turned city slicker I thought I had cracked it - life that is, and what it's all about. Non - stop activity and go-getting. Pushing open the University door in my late teens a bright light illuminated my world. My calloused hands softened as my wits sharpened. My interior world glowed as I connected with some diverse intellectual Greats-Confucius,and Shakespeare. Thought is the prime mover. Latterly, modern -day Gurus are carrying this message to the masses. Humanity is a step closer to Enlightenment ? My life's trajectory having catapulted me into this orbit,I am forever grateful. It's no great feat. Marcus Aurelius knew this truth way back when in 180 A.D. As the philosophical French like to assert 'Plus ca change...the more things change the more they remain the same'!
