My other half's my better half,
he'll tell you so himself!
What's more, if he'd not come along
I'd still be on the shelf!
He'll kid-you-on with tongue-in-cheek,
he likes to have a joke.
Tormenting is his fav'rite sport,
he's such a care-free bloke.
But sometimes 'care-free' drives me nuts,
it makes me want to scream!
I take on all life throws our way
whilst he lives in a dream.
I will not groan or grumble though,
'cos he puts up with me!
We give and take and live and love
together, happily.
