calm as chamomiles taste feels discrete
wakes up this mornings contemplate
sometime kept permanent
private I conclude right now's mine
quiet as a secret
moonshine sips the set down a spell
mercy had home spun
pardons breathing's gentle persuasion
oxygenating every next generations gap
books are written from birth bowlegged limping
unique chapter in freed verse
blessed and cursed ballads bought and sold
from slave merchants of a paradise lost
where a billion heartbeats surround all alone
watch the poet dance...
in the steal away of a Palestine existence
within the shadow of serenity's imposing challenge
champion his purpose
