Very clever. Thought the pun about " The dense frog advisory" was very funny. Glad that you were able to fuse elements of the Book of Exodus for your story and make them entertaining in a very modern fashion. Well done.

Thank you for the great review, Justin. I drive a truck at night and I've had this silly idea in my head, from driving in fog, for a while now. I was just waiting for the right contest to come along to put it in. Lol. I really appreciate the generous stars. I'm glad you liked this silliness.

You're welcome Dragon.

I like humour in a story (because I think there is enough doom and gloom out there), and it is even more impressive when you can weave it into a an already existing/serious topic. Thank you for sharing and good luck with the contest.

Thank you for the fantastic review, Becky. Yes, there is way too much gloom lingering around these days. I really appreciate the stars and good luck wishes. I'm glad you liked this silly piece.

Hello Author,
Ah yes. I guess all the frogs came up from the Nile, but that wouldn't make as entertaining a story. One wonders at why pharoh was so stubborn, after all the plagues, but I guess God hardened his heart. Thanks for sharing. Good luck in the contest.
Have a blessed day.

You've snuck your frog pun in very entertainingly. I enjoyed your story, imagining the Egyptians reading the weather news on their stone tablets while eating breakfast.

Very cute. and now a bunch of dribble to meet required 150 characters. A few of ............ these, and some more of ?????????? because how a critque needs more for a fifty word fiction, I simply don't get.

Yeah, I don't know why we have to write long reviews for these. Gotta play by their rules though, I guess. I really appreciate the review, Tom. Thank you.

Wow :) A nice touch of humour. I like the contrast between the serious (biblical) beginning and the ending. The picture you've chosen fits well with your text.

Well-written, and good use of your minimal word allowance to manage to write a whole plague and its publicisation in fifty words. The vocabulary you used was excellent.

That last bit was so clever and amusing! I laughed aloud. I was expecting a retelling of a Bible story, but got this instead. Well done! Best wishes to you.
