The poem itself is good. I find the art a little distracting (why am I looking at a handsome topless man? Oh wait, it's supposed to be Jesus), and I think that the title and description detract rather than add. The poem itself is only 5 words long, and your description is as many words. I would personally go for succinctness so that the spotlight is on the poem.

But take the suggestions with a grain of salt. I'm rating the poem, not its accompaniments.

Beautifully done. I find acrostic, or any poem that requires a structure of any kind difficult. I'm not that talented yet. This was nicely done. Best of luck.
