Your haiku has just enough creepy in it to make it fit perfectly with the atmosphere of Halloween without scareing us to death with the gore. I'll take the Hersheys and leave the bowl on the steps. No need to ring the bell! LOl

Your words scare me, which I believe was the point. To me it is a holiday I don't like to celebrate, but it is fun for kids and some adults. I do like decorating just to go along with the season. Great poem.
