Your story paints such clear picture of the journey. I love how you brought to life the tension of the pioneers journey. The playful water fight was perfect because it is something that would happen today. You got to know them better. I felt the intensity of the tragedy that followed. Your descriptions of the family's interactions - especially between John and Hanna - felt so real. I also admired the way you included historical events. The ending was so emotional. Great work!
